Mini Session Photography Agreement

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the following terms for my photography session with Tana Clark Photography.

SESSION & PAYMENT
A $50 non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your session date. Your date is not officially booked until the retainer has been received. The remaining balance is due no later than the day of your session.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
If you need to reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible. Retainers may be transferred to a new session date at the photographer's discretion but are non-refundable. Repeated rescheduling may require a new retainer.

If Tana Clark is unable to photograph your session due to illness, emergency, or another unforeseen circumstance, you may choose to reschedule or receive a refund of payments made.

WEATHER
Outdoor sessions are subject to weather and lighting conditions. If weather makes it unsafe or unsuitable to photograph, Tana Clark Photography may recommend rescheduling or changing locations. Weather-related rescheduling will not result in the loss of your retainer.

LATE ARRIVALS
Please arrive on time and be ready to begin. Because sessions are scheduled around available light and other bookings, arriving late may reduce the amount of shooting time available.

LOCATIONS, ACCESS & SAFETY
Some locations may require entrance fees, photography permits, parking fees, or additional travel fees. Any additional costs will be discussed prior to the session.

Tana Clark Photography reserves the right to change or discontinue use of a location due to weather, closures, unsafe conditions, permit/access restrictions, or other circumstances outside of the photographer's control.

CHILDREN AND CLIET COOPERATION
I will do everything I can to create a relaxed, fun experience and capture a variety of beautiful images. However, specific poses, expressions, or photographs cannot be guaranteed, particularly when working with young children.

Parents/guardians remain responsible for supervising their children and determining whether an activity or location is appropriate for them.

CREATIVE STYLE AND EDITING
By booking Tana Clark Photography, you acknowledge that you are familiar with my photography and editing style and are hiring me based on that style.

Final image selection and artistic editing are at the photographer's discretion. RAW or unedited images are not provided.

IMAGE DELIVERY
Your final gallery will be delivered digitally. The number of images may vary depending on the session an circumstances. Images will be delivered within the turnaround time communicated in your session.

COPYRIGHT & PERSONAL USE
Tana Clark Photography retains copyright to all photographs. Clients receive personal-use rights to their delivered images and may download, print, share them for personal purposes.

Images may not be sold, entered into commercial use, significantly altered, or represented as the work of another photographer without written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In the unlikely event of equipment failure, data loss, illness, accident, or another circumstance that prevents Tana Clark Photography from completing the session or delivering the photographs, liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the affected photography services, to the extent permitted by law.

AGREEMENT
By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to the terms above and that I am authorized to enter into this agreement for myself and any minor children participating in the session. The person signing this agreement is responsible for communicating relevant session information and terms to all participating members of their party.
